Introducing the Skills Store: Reusable Ad-Ops Playbooks for Your AI Agents

You already connected AdCrunch to your AI agent. Now it can answer “what’s my Meta ROAS this week?” in seconds.

So why are you still typing the same five-paragraph prompt every Monday?

You know the one. “Pull the last 14 days of Meta campaigns, group by campaign, flag anything over our target CPA, compare against the prior 14 days, and give me a one-line summary per account.” You wrote it once. Now you paste it every week — and so does everyone else on your team, each with their own slightly different version.

That’s the gap the Skills Store closes. Write the workflow once. Run it by name. Update it for the whole team in one place.

What Is the Skills Store?

A Skill is an ad-ops playbook — a set of instructions that teaches your AI agent how to run a workflow using AdCrunch’s live tools.

Think of it as a saved prompt with a job title. Instead of re-describing “the weekly Meta audit” every time, you save it once as a Skill called weekly-meta-audit. From then on, anyone on your team can just say “run my weekly-meta-audit skill” and their agent does the whole thing — pulling live campaigns, comparing windows, flagging overspend — without being re-taught.

Skills are private to your organization. Your playbooks are yours.

How It Works

The Skills Store runs on the same MCP connection you already use, so any AI client — Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT — can reach it.

1. Save a workflow as a Skill.

After your agent does something useful, just ask it to keep it:

“Save what we just did as a skill called ‘weekly meta audit’ — pull the last 14 days of Meta campaigns, flag any over target CPA, and end with a one-line summary.”

Your agent writes the playbook and files it under a handle: weekly-meta-audit.

2. Run it by name — anytime, anyone.

In a fresh chat, next week, on a teammate’s laptop:

“Run my weekly-meta-audit skill.”

The agent loads the playbook and executes it against your live ad data. Same steps, same format, every time.

3. Improve it once. Everyone gets the upgrade.

“Update the weekly-meta-audit skill to also break out spend by ad set.”

The next time anyone runs it, they get the better version — automatically. No “hey, I updated the prompt” message in Slack. No stale copies floating around in five different docs.

Why This Matters

Prompts are where your team’s ad-ops know-how lives now. The problem is that, until today, that know-how lived in chat history and personal notes — impossible to share, impossible to keep in sync.

The result: your AI agent stops being a blank slate every session and starts running your team’s actual playbook.

What Teams Build With It

The weekly audit. Your Monday-morning performance review, captured once and run by anyone — junior buyers included.

New-hire onboarding. A new media buyer’s agent already knows how your team checks pacing, reads creative performance, and formats reports. The playbook onboards them.

Creative teardowns. “Run the creative-teardown skill on this campaign” — and the agent pulls the ads, checks CTR thresholds, and flags fatigue using the exact criteria your team agreed on.

Budget pacing checks. A standing playbook for spotting under- and over-pacing campaigns across every account, the same way every time.

The common thread: anything you find yourself explaining to your agent more than once is a Skill waiting to be saved.

Built for Marketers and Agents Alike

You don’t need to be technical to use it.

  • In the console, anyone on your team can create and edit Skills on a simple page — a name, a description, and the instructions. No code.
  • From your AI agent, the same Skills can be created and updated mid-conversation. Teach the agent something new, ask it to save the change, and it’s live for everyone.

Edit from either side and the other stays in sync. If two people touch the same Skill at once, AdCrunch catches it instead of silently overwriting — so a teammate’s work never disappears.

Your AI agent is only as good as the context you give it. The Skills Store turns one-off prompts into shared, living playbooks — so your team’s best ad-ops thinking runs on demand, from any agent, every time.
